The boiler, at Llangollen, has now been turned right side up. This has allowed work on the cladding to restart for the first time since the boiler was transported to Llangollen, three and a half years ago. Note the tubes stacked next to the boiler. |
This view later on the same day shows all of the crinolines fitted. These hold the cladding sheets away from the boiler and provide space for the insulation material. |
